Mario Dedivanovic is a celebrated celebrity makeup artist and founder of Makeup By Mario, best known for his long-running work with Kim Kardashian and his influence on modern glam makeup trends. He’s a fitting reference point here because his artistry helped define the polished, editorial beauty language that made a feature like this feel current and culturally relevant.

Managing Editor Cori Stoddard had an exceptional eye for culture and beauty, always tracking the artists shaping what came next. She approached Mario Dedivanovic to create an exclusive photo feature for Make-Up Artist magazine, and the idea quickly grew into Elegant Winter; a refined, atmospheric shoot inspired by the quiet luxury of winter months and the glow of festive gatherings in the darkest time of year.

My role centered on creative direction and project management, beginning with a mood board that translated the season into texture, light, and mood. From there, I assembled the right team to bring the vision to life, balancing artistry, precision, and collaboration at every step. The result was a cohesive editorial that felt polished, intimate, and celebratory.
